Allergies and food intolerances

We ask you to inform us of your allergies or food intolerances when booking. If you or your fellow travelers prefer a gluten- and/or lactose-free diet, we will be happy to provide you with our specially prepared meals during your stay.

However, if you suffer from allergies and food intolerances that require a special diet, we accept no liability for the tolerability of the prepared meals. If, after individual testing of the allergy or food intolerance, we do not feel able to adequately accommodate the special needs of the person concerned, we reserve the right to refuse to prepare the food. In addition, we accept no liability for any cross-contamination.
